Liz Germain, NSCA-CPT, Pn1
Liz was originally trained as part of UCLA’s Fitness Leadership Program. After teaching and training at UCLA for 2+ years at their John Wooden Center and as aa Exercise & Metabolic Disease Research Trainer, Liz went on to expand her fitness and anatomy knowledge at a physical therapy clinic in Santa Monica, CA.
Having worked with hundreds of clients of all different ages, sizes, abilities, and genders, Liz brings a wealth of exercise science knowledge to the table and helped carefully craft a progressive bodyweight workout plan anyone can tackle.
Sara Germain, NSCA-CPT, Pn1, RYT
Sara was also originally trained as part of UCLA’s Fitness Leadership Program. She then went on to work at a Triathlon Training Center in Santa Monica, CA before enduring a hip injury that put an end to her running career.
When Sara had hip surgery at the young age of 22, she knew something needed to change. She expanded her exercise science knowledge and at that time, Sara was called to pursue yoga much more deeply to restore balance to her body and teach others how to safely and effectively do the same, without injury.
