Brownie Batter Cookies
Yields: 2
Deliciously chocolately and chewy brownie batter cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 egg whites, room temperature
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until a thick batter forms.
- Drop cookies into round circles on your prepared pan and bake for 16-18 minutes.
