Skinny Guacamole

Yields about 2 cups

  • 2 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 roma tomato, diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
In a bowl, mash the avocados well then add in all other ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined. Enjoy!

Servings: 8 (1/4 cup per serving)
