Chipotle BBQ Chicken Skewers

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 16 oz)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 large onion
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning, to taste
Preheat your grill on medium heat. Cut chicken into 1″ pieces and set aside. Slice peppers and onion into large chunks. Place chicken and veggies onto a skewer, season with salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash and place on your grill. Cook for approximately 8 minutes, then flip over and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Enjoy!
