Pumpkin Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 8 red potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook for 3-4 hours on high or until potatoes are soft
