WEEK 1 – THE WORKOUTS

Biceps + Triceps

For this workout, you will need a set of dumbbells. Make sure to complete the entire routine, start to finish, for maximum benefits!

Glutes + Abs

For this workout, you can either use dumbbells, your own bodyweight and/or a resistance band. If you do not have a band like the one used in the video, just place your weights on either side of your legs for added resistance.

Chest + Back

For this workout, you will need a set of dumbbells. Make sure to complete the entire routine, start to finish, for maximum benefits!

Rest Day

(OPTIONAL YOGA)

This is a recommended Rest Day, however, if you desire some extra movement you can do the Optional Yoga routine if you’d like.

Ab Crusher

Cool Down + Stretch Routine

No equipment is needed for this Ab Crusher sequence! Follow it with the Cool Down and Stretch routine, and remember – you can do this video ANY time during the week for an added push! 🙂

MINDSET COACHING + BONUS CHALLENGE

BONUS CHALLENGE!

This week’s bonus nutrition challenge…. Cook ALL your meals at home!

Eating at restaurants or fast food places is one of the worst ways to slow your progress because you can’t control what they put in the food, how much of it they serve you, or how the food is prepared. It’s much better to prep your own healthy, clean foods at home so you stay ready.

This week, spend 1-3 hours washing, chopping and prepping your healthy fruits, veggies, snacks and meals so they’re ready to throw together quickly. Great easy options are always to have a quick smoothie or salad!

Bring your own lunch to work or school with you for the rest of the week and use easy food prep tips like this to make it simple for yourself. And if you’re really feeling ambitious, clean out your kitchen this week after watching the short video below about “hidden foods” that may be sabotaging your efforts.
