If you haven’t yet, we challenge you this week to find your self an accountability partner, aka an “AccountabiliBUDDY!” Make this fun! Ask your colleagues at work, other parents at your kids’ school, or a friend or family member to join you.

If you don’t have that “in person” support – reach out to us! You can connect with others inside the Facebook group, or you can reach out to Liz directly for a push in the right direction.
