Use these 3 practical elements of psychology to help transform your thoughts, your emotions and your entire life.

Physiology

How you move your body, how you stand, how you show up in the world. When you move, you actually change the chemical structure of your brain which will help you feel better, react better and show up for yourself and others more efficiently.

Focus

What you focus on, you WILL feel. Focus on your good thoughts, and ACTIVELY put more good thoughts inside your brain. Read positive news, listen to motivational tapes or podcasts, and surround yourself with others who support a positive detail focus in their own lives.

Meaning/Language

What is the story you tell yourself in your mind? What is the language you’re using? Are you using limiting or demeaning language, even if it’s “just” inside your head?

Pay attention this week to the things you say about yourself (and others) and see how you can “flip the script” happening inside.
