Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
Instructions
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or water)
- 1 cup ice
- 3/4 cup of cottage cheese*
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum**
- stevia to taste
*don’t let the cottage cheese scare you, we promise you won’t taste it, but this is what makes it a milkshake consistency!
** do not omit, this is what makes your shake nice and thick!
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well! Top with your favorite whipped topping!
