Skinny Guacamole
Yields about 2 cups
- 2 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 roma tomato, diced
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/4 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
In a bowl, mash the avocados well then add in all other ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined. Enjoy!
