Skinny Spinach Artichoke Dip

skinny spinach artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 10 oz bag of frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream (or fat free greek yogurt)
  • 1 14oz can of artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and parmesan cheese until well combined and set aside. Place thawed spinach in a colander and press excess water out with a paper towel. Add your spinach and artichokes to the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Add your salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Serve warm (heat in oven at 350 for 8-10 minutes or microwave for 5 minutes)!
