White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Butter
Makes 12 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups macadamia nuts
- 2 tbs white chocolate
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup baking stevia (we use Truvia)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
In a food processor, process nuts until they turn into a thick and creamy nut butter – this usually takes 5-10 minutes. Melt white chocolate (microwave for 30 seconds, then 10 seconds at a time stirring in between) and pour into food processor. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Store in airtight jar in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
