Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Truffles
Ingredients
- 2 scoops protein powder*
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water (you may need more or less depending on the protein powder you use)
- 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder (we used Hershey’s Special Dark)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- stevia to taste
* we used 1 scoop of Trutein Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and 1 scoop ON Chocolate Casein
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until combined well. You will want the “batter” to be thick like a cookie dough. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove from refrigerator, and roll batter into approximately eight 1 inch balls (it helps to wet your hands with water so the mixture doesn’t stick to your hands). Roll balls into unsweetened cocoa powder, unsweetened shredded coconut, or crushed nuts! Store in the freezer, and remove 5-10 minutes before enjoying!
